Mildura Power Outage
Council provides a range of immunisation services to protect the community against vaccine-preventable diseases. This includes free community immunisation clinics, some adult immunisations, school and workplace immunisations programs. We do not provide travel immunisations. We encourage you to contact your GP to access these vaccines.
Appointments for immunisation clinics can be booked online. Please call Council on 03 5018 8100 if you are unable to make an online booking.
We run regular immunisation clinics throughout the region. Bookings are by appointment only and can be made online.
Council's immunisation service offers influenza vaccines to the general public at community flu vaccine clinics. We also offer a workplace vaccine program to local businesses and worksites.
Council’s immunisation service offers Covid-19 vaccine to all people over the age of 18 years. The Covid-19 vaccine is free.
Council’s immunisation service offers the Whooping Cough (Diphtheria, Tetanus & Pertussis (DTPa)) vaccine to the public. The DTPa vaccine is free for pregnant people and people under 19 years who missed their school immunisation.
Japanese Encephalitis (JE) is a rare but potentially serious infection of the brain. In Victoria, JE vaccine is available free-of-charge.
Shingrix is a free shingles vaccination available for eligible people most at risk of complications from shingles.
The free respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) Abrysvo vaccine is now available for eligible pregnant women.
If you or your family are new to Australia from overseas, you may need to update your vaccinations to attend childcare, kindergarten or school in Australia.
