I hold a Degree in Accounting and Financial Planning and have a strong background in hospitality, tourism and business management. I focus on delivering memorable guest experiences while driving innovation, accessibility and sustainable practices across our offerings. I have a particular interest in ecotourism and accessibility and was proud to be recognised with the G’day Parks National Young Achiever Award in 2025.
Having lived in Mildura all my life, I recently returned to grow our family business and contribute to the community we love. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new destinations, staying up-to-date with travel trends, and finding creative ways to enhance customer experiences. I’m passionate about building strong community connections and ensuring every visitor leaves with lasting memories of their stay.
Camille Mansell
My name is Camille, and I'm the Manager, International at SuniTAFE where I'm responsible for the international operations of the Institute. I use a destination-first approach to attract international students to Mildura, while encouraging education agents and global partners to visit and promote the region.
Prior to joining SuniTAFE I was the Victorian Government’s first education representative for Latin America, based in Colombia, where I developed relationships with governments and delivered on Victorian objectives to identify and develop opportunities for international collaboration and promote the benefits of studying in Victoria.
I've also worked locally in education, local government, economic development and tourism, and have been involved in community organisations and committees related to events, agriculture, leadership and youth support.
I'm passionate about regional living and enjoy taking visitors on a walking tour of the Mildura City Heart murals and the Riverfront. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Master of International Business and speaks English and Spanish.
Maria Carrazza
I am a local business owner that understands operating a competitive, dynamic and highly regulated business, including finance and compliance with state government regulations for gaming and liquor licences. With more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality-related businesses, I have served on many boards and committees, including the Banned Patrons Committee under the umbrella of the Sunraysia Liquor Accord, Deputy Chair of Mildura Regional Development, MRCC Audit and Risk Committee, Princes Homes Community Living, School Advisory Council for both Sacred Heart Primary School and St Joseph’s College Mildura.
My dedication to Mildura has formed me into the person I am through its people, environment and the meaningful work I have been able to develop through business and in a voluntary capacity. I genuinely appreciate the Mallee as a unique location, like no other. I champion our strengths at every opportunity and want to see this place and its people flourish.
Colin Stewart
I have been the proud owner of Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park (Apex) since 2022, and in that time have developed Apex into a business capable of hosting group bookings, while being focused on continuous improvement and expansion.

I've worked on more than 40 caravan parks in four states on behalf of the Victorian and South Australian State Governments.
Prior to working in the caravan park industry, I spent more than 20 years in financial markets working in South Africa, Ireland, UK and Australia. This included stints as a financial analyst, bond trader, currency specialist and an emerging markets portfolio manager. Tennille Chalmers
I am a proud Mildura local, and third-generation member of a Murray Darling farming family. I discovered my passion for culinary arts, wine, hospitality and events in my 20s while working across Europe and throughout Australia. These roles naturally evolved into a focus on wine—initially as a sommelier—before I made the return home to Mildura in 2010 to join the family business, Chalmers.
At Chalmers, I developed hands-on experience across all aspects of the company, from the vineyard to the winery, while broadening my winemaking perspective through vintages in Victoria and Italy, many within respected family-run operations. My role at Chalmers as an active Director is multifaceted, spanning viticulture, winemaking, sales and marketing.
I am actively engaged in the local, national and international wine community, while serving as Partnerships and Events Consultant for the Australian Alternative Varieties Wine Show. I am also the Chair of Murray Darling Wine, contributing my passion and expertise to the advancement of Australia’s diverse and evolving wine landscape.
