Ticketing 

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Box Office Commission for Touring shows per ticket $1.50*  
Ticket Printing of allocation Auditorium (Schools use only) per ticket $0.70*  
Complimentary Tickets per ticket $1.00*  
Exchange and Ticket Reprint Fee (Charged to Ticket Purchaser) each $3.00*  
Site Administration Charge each $120.00* This fee is applicable to Commercial / Corporate Organisations and ALL external box office ticketing services. Additional charges may apply.
Credit Card Charges (Per value sold on Credit Card) each $0.01* 1% credit card charge.
Box Office Services: Electronic transfer of tickets to Customer each $0.20* Fee per transaction. You can ‘opt in’ to have your electronic tickets sent to you via SMS direct to your mobile.

 

Theatre  - General

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Venue Hire: Conferences / Conventions / Forums / Ceremonies per day $870.00* Access from 10am to midnight. Maximum 8 hours.  Includes staffing FOH Officer for the first 4 hours and a Theatre Attendant for the first 3 hours, thereafter hourly rates apply. All public events require Theatre Attendants on duty, the number required is subject to the capacity (tickets sold) of the auditorium. 
Venue Hire - Theatre: Deposit Fee each $300.00* Payment on issue of the Contract. Non-refundable Deposit.
Functions and Meetings (Mildura Arts Centre Foyer) per hour $130.00* This fee includes a Supervisor. After hours, and subject to the number of people attending the event, you may require an additional Mildura Arts Centre Staff Member on duty, this can be negotiated. There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required. Charges commence from access time and will cease when you vacate the venue.
Additional Performance on the same day per hour $100.00* Hourly rate, additional charges for staffing.
Marquee / Tents - Mildura Arts Centre Lawns per day $160.00* Refundable bond of $300. There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required. 
Layover (Dead Day) per day $150.00* This is when a company has occupancy of the theatre and the facility cannot be hired to other companies.
Rehearsals per hour $90.00* Occupancy of venue includes supervisor / technician. A Duty Technician is required at all times when the theatre is occupied, charges commence on arrival and cease when the hirer has vacated the venue.

 

Theatre - Commercial

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Venue Hire: Theatre per performance - Commercial per day $1,530.00* Access from 10am to midnight. Includes FOH Officer for the first 4 hours thereafter charged at $59.00 per hour. Access to use of Dressing Rooms and Green Room. All public events in the Theatre Auditorium require Attendants on duty; the number required depends on the auditorium capacity.
Box Office Commission - Commercial per ticket $4.40* A 1% handling charge on the gross total of credit card and EFTPOS sales applies. 
Piano - Steinway & Sons Model D Concert Grand (Auditorium Only) each $150.00* Auditorium Only. Fee subject to the rate at which the service is supplied regarding tuning.
Piano - Yamaha Grand Piano (Foyer) per day $75.00* Fee subject to the rate at which the service is supplied regarding tuning and transport. This fee is waived for Local / Community Groups.
Hire of Projector Fee each $150.00* This fee is waived for local / community groups.

 

Theatre - Community Groups

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Venue Hire: Theatre per performance - Local and Community Groups per day $595.00 Access from 10am to midnight.  Includes staffing, FOH Officer for the first 4 hours and a Theatre Attendant for the first 3 hours, thereafter hourly rates apply. All public events require Theatre Attendants on duty, the number required is subject to the capacity (tickets sold) of the auditorium.
Box Office Commission - Local and Community Groups. per ticket $1.50 A 1% handling charge on the gross total of credit card and EFTPOS sales applies
Meetings Only - Community Up to 4 hours $35.00 Up to 4 hours per session. (Community Rate only) Public Liability Insurance required.
Rehearsal Studio Fee per hour $35.00 Subject to availability and access. Community Rate: Up to 4 hours per session. Public Liability Insurance required

 

Staffing

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Staffing: Technician per hour $59.00* There is a minimum 3 hours shift for Audio and Lighting Technicians. A Duty Technician is required at all time when the theatre is occupied, charges commence on arrival and conclude on exiting of the venue.
Staffing: Fire Warden / Follow Spot Operator / Mechanist per hour $48.00* Minimum 3 hours. 
Staffing: Front of House Officer (FOH) per hour $59.00*  
Staffing: Box Office / Door Person / Ushers / Merchandise Seller per person, per hour $48.00* There is a minimum 3 hours shift for all staff.  At least two authorised Mildura Arts Centre Attendants are on duty at all performance and events at Mildura Arts Centre. A Box Office Attendant is required for all ticketed events. 
Extra Cleaning (or between performances) per hour $48.00* As a hirer, you are liable for all additional cleaning charges incurred due to damage or excess cleaning
Security (After Hours / Supervision) per hour $0.00* Market Rate. Fee subject to the rate at which the service is supplied. To be negotiated directly with Mildura Arts Centre.

 

Marketing

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Marketing Services Package (Digital) each $200.00* The marketing services package (digital) includes an image listing in the Mildura Arts Centre monthly e-newsletter, social media posts and exposure on the venue digital screens, and other marketing collateral if available.
Marketing & Publicity Campaigns each $50.00* $50 plus campaign on application. Development and Delivery of campaigns.
Marketing: Customised EDM each $255.00* EDM: Electronic Direct Marketing - pre-bookings essential to secure feature.
Poster Distribution Charge per session $150.00* Staffing allocated for 3 hours to distribute and disseminate posters/DL distribution collateral.

 

Other fees

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Mildura Arts Centre Seasonal Program each $430.00* When available. 
Commission: Merchandise and Sales. each 10% If you are a Commercial / Corporate Hirer you will need to pay a 10% commission fee on all Merchandise sold.  This fee is waived for Local / Community Groups who are responsible for their own Merchandise Sales.
Outdoor Cinema Projector & Screen Hire each $500.00* The hire of the Outdoor Cinema Projector & Screen Hire is subject to availability. Staffing costs are an additional charge. 
Any other services / equipment required each $0.00* On request.

 

Gallery

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Mildura Arts Centre Collection: Image Request each $0.00* Fee determined according to declaration of use. Subject to terms and conditions. 
Commission: Merchandise and Sales each $0.10* 10% Commission.
Postage and Handling each $15.00* You will be charged an Administration Fee plus the relevant Freight / Postage Fee.
Mildura Arts Centre Collection: Loan Fee each $165.00*  An annual fee charged to the Lender associated with the administration, insurance, storage and conservation monitoring of the Work.

 

Mildura Station Homestead 

 SERVICE UNIT FEE  
Rio Vista Historic House - Verandah or Lawns per two hours. $120.00* Minimum of two hours. Additional charge for Public Liability Insurance. 
Rio Vista Historic House - Wedding Photographs (Internal) per two hours. $240.00* Charge includes hire fee and supervisor. Additional charge for Public Liability Insurance.
Rose Garden / Grounds - Ceremony or Wedding Photographs per two hours. $120.00* There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required.
Woolshed - Weekday Rate (Monday - Thursday) per day $280.00* You will need to also pay a refundable bond of $300, and there is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required.
Woolshed - Weekend Rate (Friday - Sunday) weekend rate. $465.00* You will need to also pay a refundable bond of $300, and there is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required.
Whole of Site Hire (Event / Festival) per day $1,000.00* This gives you full access of site for an event / festival. You will need to also pay a refundable bond of $300, and there is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required.
Marquee / Tents - Mildura Station Homestead Grounds (Private & Community Events) Weekday Rate: Monday to Thursday per day $280.00* Includes Woolshed. You will need to also pay a refundable bond of $300. There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance is required.
Marquee / Tents - Mildura Station Homestead Grounds (Private & Community Events) Weekend Rate: Friday to Sunday weekend rate. $465.00* Includes Woolshed. Plus refundable bond of $300.  Additional charge for Public Liability Insurance.
Security Alarm Call Out each $0.00* Market Rate. Fee on charged to customer.
Penalty charge for late vacation of Woolshed (by 10:30am) per hour $45.00*  
Penalty charge for unsatisfactory Cleaning of venue per hour $0.00* Market Rate. Fee on charged to customer.
Cottage - Daily Rate per day $250.00* You will need to also pay a refundable bond of $300. There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance is required.
Cottage - Meetings: Community Groups (Up to 4 hours) $37.00* For Community Groups only: Up to 4 hours per session. There is an additional charge for Public Liability Insurance if required.
Cottage - Meetings: Corporate Groups per hour $35.00*
