What information you will need to supply
Please provide as much detail as possible to help us accurately assess your request. You’ll need information about:
- The payment your application relates to (e.g. assessment number on your rates notice)
- Reason for hardship
What we will do
Once you contact us, we will determine which department should handle your request, depending on the type of payment you need assistance with. Different payment types have different Financial Hardship processes and options.
The relevant department will then follow up with you directly to discuss and explain the available options.
