Powerhouse Place has seen overwhelming demand for the spaces, and we are taking a short break from new booking applications while we review further enhancements to its activation!

Cleaning	$50	Penalty rates apply on Public Holidays. Additional charges will be made for damage or excess cleaning.
Technician * Available on request.	$60	Minimum of three (3) hours. Audio and Lighting Technicians. Supervising Technician begins shift at least 30 minutes prior to hirer’s arrival and concludes 30 minutes after hirer’s departure. Pre-rig and back to standard labour hours are charged to the hirer.
Front of House Staffing * Available on request.	$50	Penalty rates apply on Public Holidays. Overtime rate may apply.
Security (After Hours/Supervision)	TBA	Market Rate. Fee subject to the rate at which the service is supplied.
Event Set Up / Pack Down Fee	$60	Minimum of three (3) hours. Staff required to set up/pack down event furniture, staging and layout configuration.
