The 2025 Electric Vehicle Showcase is back!

Saturday 1 November
8am to midday
Jaycee Park, Hugh King Drive (in conjunction with the Sunraysia Farmers and Makers Market)

The day will include vehicle, motorcycle and bicycle displays and opportunities to hear from residents about their electric mobility experiences.

Residents will also have their own electric vehicles on display.

The event will also provide a chance to interact with the following organisations, which will have vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles on display: 

  • Deakin Motorcycles & Bicycles
  • Mildura Motor Holdings
  • Mildura Toyota
  • North Star Motors
  • Pedal Addiction

Electric Vehicle Showcase Feedback Survey Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Mildura Rural City Council, 108 Madden Avenue, Mildura VIC 3500.
  2. Only individuals who have completed the Electric Vehicle Showcase Feedback Survey and provided their contact email address as at 11:59pm on Tuesday 4 November 2025 will be entered into the draw and eligible to win.
  3. Employees of Mildura Rural City Council are not eligible to win.
  4.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the draw.
  5.  By entering an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be considered as one entry.
  7.  Entries will close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 4 November 2025.
  8.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues.
  9.  Individuals can enter the draw via an online form and must complete the feedback survey and provide a contact email address to ensure entry to the draw.
  10. One winner will be drawn randomly on Wednesday 5 November 2025.
  11. The prize is a $50 Mildura City Heart gift voucher.
  12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  13. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw closing date.
  14. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  15. The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  17. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the winner’s prior consent.
  18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the draw closing date by emailing mrcc@mildura.vic.gov.au
  19. The winner’s name will be published in the Sunraysia Daily newspaper within 28 days of the draw closing date.
  20. Entrants are providing their information to Mildura Rural City Council and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Mildura Rural City Council’s Privacy Statement which can be found at www.mildura.vic.gov.au/privacy
  21. Mildura Rural City Council shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
  22. Mildura Rural City Council also reserves the right to cancel the draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
