Tree Planting Day - Ouyen Landfill

Join us as we plant trees at the Ouyen Landfill to help regenerate the area and increase biodiversity!

• 10am to 12pm
• Thursday 21 August 2025
• Ouyen Landfill (Dunkley Road, Ouyen)

There’ll also be a waste education stall where you can learn more about Council’s waste services, recycling and waste minimisation.

Please wear appropriate clothing including enclosed shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirts and a hat. Please note access to the planting area involves walking on uneven ground and a short uphill section.

The Ouyen Landfill will be closed to the public for the duration of this event.

Light refreshments will be provided.
