Mildura Rural City Council is checking back in with residents to see if any changes need to be made to their 20-year Community Vision.
The vision highlights what our community values most and sets out a long-term vision and key priorities to achieve these outcomes.
The Community Vision was developed in 2020 following extensive community consultation and feedback from thousands of residents throughout our municipality.
Mildura Mayor Liam Wood said that as the current four-year Council terms ends, it’s time to check back in with the community to ensure the Council Vision still reflects residents’ long-term priorities and aspirations as our region heads Towards 2040.
Feedback on the Vision will also be used to help inform the next four-year Council Plan, which will be developed in early 2025 with the new Council who will be elected later this year.
