Mildura Roller Derby League is an inclusive sporting club open to those aged 8+ and is welcoming of all genders. It's a place where you can not only be yourself, but you can also find a side of yourself that you never knew existed, and amazing people that not only become your friends, but they also become your family.
At MRDL we offer a range of sessions: Introduction to derby, Introduction to contact and Full contact training sessions in addition to our very popular SkateFit (skating skills & fitness) session.
Training sessions run Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday evenings at the Irymple Leisure Center.
We currently have 2 teams: The Chesire Cats (Juniors) and The Mad Hitters (Seniors). We hold regular 'home games' throughout the year. In addition to our home games our senior skaters also participate in the Victorian Statewide Stampede roller derby competition, while both junior & seniors skaters also have opportunities to skate with Rockabella's Roller Derby League, our friends over the border in South Australia, and our junior team participate annually in the Border Clash junior bootcamp and tournament event.
