Youth workshop with The Australian Ballet at Mildura Library

The workshop will be hosted by members of the Australian Ballet Education and Outreach Team.

This workshop is designed for all levels of experience.

Participants will be involved in warm-ups, creative games, and learning the tools to make a dance. A great way to increase confidence, critical thinking, teamwork and creativity. The session will also explore choreographic techniques to help students in their own creations.

The workshop material will be based around performances of The Australian Ballet Education and Outreach team.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a water bottle!

No previous dance experience is required.

For children ages 11-18. Young people must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during sessions. Only participants need to book tickets.

Held in the Benetook room at the Alfred Deakin Centre.
