Swimming Pool and Spa Registration

Any swimming pool or spa that can hold water to a depth greater than 30cm and used, designed, manufactured or adapted to be principally used for swimming, wading, paddling, or the like, including a bathing or wading pool, or spa must be registered with Council.

Legal Point of Discharge Permit

Under Building Regulations (2018), reg.133 (2), You are required to obtain report and consent for a Legal Point of Discharge for a building permit in Mildura where building works include a stormwater drainage system.
