How to use the online immunisation booking system

You can now book, update or cancel your appointment at Council immunisation clinics, using the Central Immunisation Records Victoria (CIRV) portal, provided by the Department of Health.

Immunisation clinics scheduled from November 2023 are available to book online.

If you have trouble booking online, please call 03 5018 8100.

Creating an account

1. Navigate to

2. Click on Sign in or create an account at the top of this page.

3. Sign into your Central Immunisation Records Victoria account.

If you don't have an account, click Sign up now to create a new account.

Before creating an account, make sure you have:

  • Email address
  • Access to the email account
  • Medicare card (if you have one)

4. Enter your email address and click Send verification code

5. The CIRV portal will send a verification code to your email address. Enter this code in the verification field, click Verify code and then click Continue.

6. Enter all your details in the form, create a password for your account and click Create.

7. You now have an account and can start booking appointments online.

Booking an appointment

1. Navigate to

2. Click on Book a community immunisation appointment.

3. Sign into your account using the email address and password you entered when setting up the account.

4. Once signed in, you can make an online booking for immunisation clinics scheduled from November 2023.

5. Select Mildura Rural City Council as the immunisation provider.

6. Select the venue, date and time you wish to book.
