Community immunisation clinics
Mildura Rural City Council offers free vaccinations, available through the National Immunisation Program for infants, school children and adults. EFTPOS facilities are available at all community clinics.

Important note: We’ve transitioned to a new booking platform called Vitavo and are no longer using the Central Immunisation Records Victoria (CIRV) portal by the Victorian Department of Health.
Book online with Vitavo
To book an appointment for yourself or your family you will need to create a new account on Vitavo for yourself and add then add any children/dependants.
Please read the instructions below on how to use the new booking system.

Please call 03 5018 8100 to make a booking if are unable to access the online booking system.
To create an account, you will need:
- your email address
- access to your nominated email account
- Medicare card details (if available)

Why has Council moved to Vitavo?
Vitavo is a user-friendly system that will allow users to:
- View which public sessions are currently available and book appointments
- Book and manage individual and family appointments online
- Provide digital consent during the booking process, which reduces onsite administration at your appointment, and reduces paper usage
- Receive confirmation emails for vaccines administered
- Pay online for fee payable vaccines
- Receive appointment reminders
- Receive reminders to book future appointments when you or your child is due for their next vaccines.
- Real time reporting to the Australian immunisation register (AIR) means your records will be updated immediately.
What will happen to my records on Vitavo?

Immunisation records and History Statements
Children born after 2003 can obtain their immunisation history record from the Australian Immunisation Register or the MyGov website. For anyone born prior to this, we ask you to check the MyGov website for the history first. If this is incomplete, please email Mildura Rural City Council Immunisation Service immunisation@mildura.vic.gov.au with your name, date of birth, Medicare number, telephone number and address where you lived when you last accessed the service and we will contact you.
