Registering for kindergarten

Use the Starting Age Calculator to enter your child's birth date to find out what year they can start Three- and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten.

Kindergarten Central Enrolment is a two-step process:

Step 1: Register your child to gain a place at your preferred kindergarten
Step 2: Your allocated kindergarten will be in contact with you to finalise your enrolment forms

To register for this year, please email kindergarten@mildura.vic.gov.au or contact 03 5018 8100

Registrations for 2024 are now open

If you would like to change your kindergarten preferences please contact Kindergarten Enrolment on kindergarten@mildura.vic.gov.au to change your preferences.

If your child is currently attending a Pre-Kindergarten session at one of our services, you will not need to re-register your child.  You will receive an email to update your preferences for 2024.  Please ensure to check your spam folder.

When choosing a kindergarten and planning to register your child in a three or four-year-old program, we encourage you to visit different services to get a feel for them. There are different enrolment processes for kindergarten services not listed below. Please contact them directly to discuss processes.
