Join our National Tree Day event!
The community is encouraged to come along to our upcoming National Tree Day event and help plant 250 local native species.Trees have been selected to replace plants in the flood-affected area and increase shade and natural biodiversity.
The event is scheduled for Sunday 28 May 2023 at Apex Park (second carpark adjacent to the public toilets) from 10am to midday. A barbecue lunch will be available from 11.30am courtesy of the Lions Club, with participants to also have the chance to help clean up the area and take part in a free tree giveaway!
