Whether it’s a new program or activity you’d like to see offered at Mildura Rural City Council’s libraries, or different opening hours or services, now is the time to let Council’s libraries team know.

Mildura Rural City Council Libraries is inviting the community to share their feedback by completing a short Customer Survey between now and Tuesday 30 April 2024.

Councillor for Arts, Culture and Heritage, and a regular user of the local library, Helen Healy said the survey was a valuable opportunity to ensure all library services are relevant and accessible to everyone in our community.

“Our libraries are among Council’s most commonly used services, and it’s important we hear from, and listen to our residents to find out what services and programs they find useful, as well as what could be added in the future.

“Every suggestion shared through the survey is a step towards our libraries continuing to meet residents’ needs, and to create a tailored experience for everyone in the community to enjoy.”

The survey should take approximately five minutes to complete. You can complete the survey online at yoursay.mildura.vic.gov.au/librarysurvey2024. Hard copies are also available at all Mildura Rural City Council Libraries.
