Ukulele Fun at Ouyen Library

World Ukulele Day, also known as World Play Your Ukulele Day, is celebrated annually on February 2nd, a fun holiday started by "Ukulele Mike" to bring people together through the joyful, four-stringed instrument, encouraging everyone to strum, learn, or just enjoy ukulele music with the slogan, "bring the world together, four strings at a time".

Join in the fun as we learn a few songs together. Beginners welcome. No experience required.

Bring your own ukulele or book one of ours to use on the day.

Bookings preferred.
