Agents of Discovery Colouring in Competition

The Mildura Visitor Information Centre is running a colouring in competition to celebrate the launch of the Mildura Riverfront Adventure – Agents of Discovery app!

Competition details:

  • The competition is open for children up to 12 years of age
  • Pick up your Agent Sunny colouring in sheet from the Mildura Visitor Information Centre
  • Complete your artwork and return it in person to the Mildura Visitor Information Centre
  • Make sure to include a contact name and phone number on the back of your entry
  • The competition closes Sunday 5 October 2025.

Prize details:

  • The winner will receive x2 Family Passes to Bruce Munro’s Trail of Lights exhibition
  • The winner will be contacted via phone on Monday 6 October 2025 and announced on Mildura Rural City Council’s social media channels.

Agents of Discovery Colouring Competition at the Mildura Visitor Information Centre 2025 Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Mildura Visitor Information Centre (Mildura Rural City Council), 180-190 Deakin Avenue, Mildura.

     

  2. The colouring competition is open to Australian residents aged 12 years and under.

     

  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

     

  4. By entering this colouring competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. Entry for the colouring competition and details of how to enter will be available at the Mildura Visitor Information Centre.

     

  6. Opening and closing dates for entries will be:

     

    • 6.1.Open 9:00am AEST, Friday 19 September 2025; Closes 5:30pm AEST, Sunday 5 October 2025.

     

    No entries to the colouring competition will be permitted outside of these dates.

     

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

     

  8. How to enter: Eligible entrants can enter the colouring competition upon entry to the Mildura Visitor Information Centre. Entrants must:

     

    • 8.1.Complete a colouring sheet and submit it to the Mildura Visitor Information Centre in person.
    • 8.2.Include a contact name and telephone number on the back of the colouring sheet.

     

  9. a single entry per person will be accepted.

     

  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this colouring competition.

  12. The prize is as follows: 2 x Family Passes to Bruce Munro’s Trail of Lights (valid for three years from date of issue).

     

  13. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  14. The winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

     

  15. The winner will be notified via telephone on Monday 6 October 2025. This will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on that day. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

  16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

  17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

  18. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

  19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Mildura Rural City Council and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Mildura Rural City Council’s Privacy and Data Collection Policy which can be found at www.mildura.vic.gov.au/policies.

     

  21. Mildura Rural City Council will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries received at the Mildura Visitor Information Centre and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

     

  22. Mildura Rural City Council shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

  23. Mildura Rural City Council also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
