Mildura Anti-Racism Strategy community consultation

Anti-Racism-Strategy-2022-FB-Event-Banner

Mildura Rural City Council has committed to develop an Anti-Racism Strategy, to proactively prevent and address racism in the municipality.

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission in partnership with Council is hosting a series of community consultations this month, to hear from a wide range of people with lived experience or understanding of the issues that exist and the needs and priorities for different communities and sectors. The information provided in these focus groups will be incredibly valuable to help inform the development of the Strategy, which is due to be launched in 2023.

We are asking people to register online at https://events.humanitix.com/test-tqbya6x8/ for this session so that they can be emailed the consultation questions a few days prior to the session.
