The Beyond the Basics: LGBTQIA+ Inclusion in Regional and Rural Communities sessions will be held on Tuesday 4 April 2023 at the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand – Ballroom

The FREE 2 hour workshop will provide:

• Up to date LGBTQIA+ terminology, pronouns and practice
• The latest research evidence into LGBTQIA+ experience
• Learnings from regional and rural LGBTQIA+ leaders, groups and communities
• Applying the ‘3 Critical Points’ of an LGBTQIA+ person’s journey through mainstream services
• Creating everyday LGBTQIA+ inclusion in your settings and spaces

The workshop will be facilitated by Daniel Witthaus, who has spent 26 years working on LGBTQIA+ inclusion across Australia and occasionally overseas.

Light refreshments will be provided.
