Join in the laughs as comedy roadshow rolls in to Mildura

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is back at Mildura Arts Centre in 2017, presenting the freshest and funniest acts from Australia’s largest comedy festival.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival organisers hand-pick a unique line-up of top comedians from the wealth of comedy brilliance in Australia and beyond for each stop on the Roadshow calendar.

Mildura Rural City Councillor for Arts and Culture Jason Modica said the Roadshow features a diverse group covering all comedy styles, providing comedy-lovers with a chance to see performers they may not have experienced before, but will definitely want to see again.

“Discovering new comedians is what the Roadshow is all about,” Cr Modica said.

“Featuring everything from stand-up to sketch and slapstick to song, each individual line-up presents the best of the festival in one hilarious show.”

The line-up for Mildura is Sam Taunton (MC), Bev Killick, Demi Lardner, Dane Simpson (Aboriginal All Stars) and Xavier Michelides.

“This is the perfect opportunity for local audiences to grab their friends and family and enjoy a great night of comedy at Mildura Arts Centre,” Cr Modica said.
