Percussion Jam Session with Luke McCarthy

Feel the rhythm at Powerhouse Place.

Bring along a percussion instrument if you can (this can be as simple as a saucepan and wooden spoons or clap sticks or you can clap along). If you don’t have a percussion instrument to bring, don’t stress - we will have some there, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate.

This free workshop will be led by local musician Luke McCarthy. He is a talented drummer and multi-instrumentalist who has played in various bands over the years, including current band The Broken Rich. He has shared his passion for music through teaching, both in schools and privately.  

All inclusive – no age or ability level.
