Opening hours

Our Service Centres are open to the public from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
At Ouyen, customers will still require appointments for VicRoads services. 

Density limits apply, with visitors required to wear a face mask if unable to social distance, and utilise the hand sanitiser available.

Ensure your voice is heard

Residents who are deaf or have hearing or speech impairments can contact Council using the National Relay Service.
There are four types of NRS calls:

  1. Type and Read – for callers who cannot speak or hear
  2. Speak and Read – for callers who can speak but not hear
  3. Type and Listen – for callers who can hear but not speak
  4. Speak and Listen – for callers who are difficult to understand on the phone.  

TTY/voice calls phone 133 677 and ask to be put through to Council on 03 5018 8100

Speak and Listen calls phone 1300 555 727 and ask to be put through to Council on 03 5018 8100 

Please call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 and ask them to telephone Mildura Rural City Council on (03) 5018 8100.
You can also request an interpreter when you visit Council Service Centres in person.
