Farm Machinery Improvement Grants
The Victorian Government has announced that farmers in the north-west Millewa region can apply for farm machinery grants to help them maintain on-farm machinery and equipment, and prepare for future seasons.
Farm Machinery Improvement Grants are delivered by the Victorian Farmers Federation, with grants of up to $10,000 available to eligible dryland farm businesses in the Millewa and surrounding areas.
The grants can be used to undertake essential maintenance and repair of machinery, including tractors, harvesters, seeders and hay-baling equipment – including maintenance and repairs to meet safety standards and repairs to fix or replace broken parts.
For more information and to apply for support visit agriculture.vic.gov.au/dryseasons on call 136 186.
Guidelines and application forms are also available for download from this page.
