Voice of a River - Response to the Darling and Murray River Disaster.

The Museum of Innocence, 33 Deakin Avenue, Mildura. 7th - 30th March 2019

The Museum of Innocence are generating an artistic community response to the ecological disaster on the Darling river, the destruction of a nation's artery.

Using art as a way to explore and express the voice of the rivers.

We all have a right to voice our concerns, and we all have a right to protect survival resources.

Art is not only expression but a method of problem solving, communication and healing.

Artists hold the power and authority to say what others are too scared to say.

Calling on locals, former locals, farmers, community groups, neighbours, and traditional owners.

The time is now to come together and make the river, and the communities of this land heard.
