Council agenda papers are posted in the lead-up to the monthly meeting, while agenda and minutes for previous meetings can be found by following the link below.
Council's annual report is a review of the preceding financial year that includes information on financial performance, Council activities and reviews from key staff.

| 2009 Council Meeting Schedule | | Council Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month, with the exception of the December meeting due to the Christmas break.
Meetings Commence at 5.00pm and rate payers and public members are invited to attend. All meetings will be held in the Council & Committee Rooms located at the Deakin Avenue Service Centre, 76-84 Deakin Avenue, Mildura, unless otherwise stated.
