Deakin Avenue Master Plan | | The Deakin Avenue Master Plan was adopted by Mildura Rural City Council in 2006.
It includes plans to ensure the precinct is enhanced to its full potential and retains its status as one of the city’s renowned icons.
The Deakin Avenue Master Plan addresses a number of issues including statues and monuments, the safety of trees and any required replacement, plans to keep water use in the precinct at appropriate levels and deal with any public liability issues.

Strategic Financial Plan 2008-2013 | | Mildura Rural City Council's Strategic Financial Plan sets the direction for municipal finances and budgeting for the next five years.
Public submissions for the Strategic Financial Plan may be made up until 22 May 2009, and the plan will be adopted by Council on 27 May 2009. |
Youth Agenda 2008-2012 | | The Youth Agenda 2008-2012 will guide how Council provides services to young people throughout the region over the next four years and how the organisation can form better links with local youth.
Developed by working closely with young people throughout the region, as well as service providers and school principals, the Youth Agenda 2008-2012 aims to better engage and involve young people in the Mildura region. |
Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan | | Mildura Rural City Council has identified strategies to address a range of issues facing people across the region as part of a major plan to ensure community health and wellbeing.
The Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan was adopted at last week’s ordinary Council meeting following extensive community input and research. It outlines Council’s priorities for enhancing the health and wellbeing of locals over the next four years. |
