Mildura Rural City Council has prepared Amendment C55 to the Mildura Planning Scheme. In accordance with section 8A(3) of the Planning and Environment Act (1987), the Minister for Planning authorised the Mildura Rural City Council as planning authority to prepare the amendment. The Minister has also authorised the Council to approve the amendment under section 35B of the Act.
