The Arts Development Grant aims to expand the range and quality of opportunities for the local community to participate in and experience the arts. Be it performing, visual or dramatic arts activities, the Arts Development Grant provides opportunities for artistic and production skills development, establishing new arts organisations and professional assistance. The grant can also be used to assist covering venue hire, production and training costs. All projects must take place between the dates of 1 July 2009 and 30 June 2010 in order to be considered for funding.
