The areas maintained by Council are as follows:
- Murray River Frontage – Cowra Avenue to Etiwanda Ave
- Charcoal Bend – Etiwanda Avenue to George Chaffey Bridge
- Chaffey Bend – Homestead to Eighth Street
- Johnstons Bend – Eighth Street to Ranfurly Way
- Ranfurly Bend / Ranfurly Way / Pump Hill – Ranfurly Way to Chaffey Landing
- Lake Ranfurly – Fifteenth Street to Gibbs Street
- Ranfurly Park / Lakeview Park – Gibbs Street to Regina Avenue
- Lake Cullulleraine
Maintenance activities include:
Council is the committee of management for these areas of crown land.
