Reservations
As a member of the library service you may reserve an item from any branch library which you can collect at the branch of your choice. This is a free service. This may be done in person, over the telephone or using the online catalogue .

Interlibrary loans
We may be able to obtain an item for you from another public library in Victoria. A charge may apply if an item has to be obtained from a university library or from another state. We will advise you if further charges apply.

Purchase of items
If an item is available for purchase and falls within Collection Development guidelines, it may be purchased. Please ask a member of staff to take your request. We will contact you when the item you have requested is available.
